I purchased this computer after my old one crashed. I’m not very knowledgeable about purchasing a computer. While in store shopping around I had my son on the phone. The sales person helping me was Jonas he talked to my son about the all in one computer. Jonas is very knowledgeable about computers and guided us in the right direction with my purchase. I’m happy to have met Jonas and very grateful for his help. I now have a updated computer that I really love. It may have took a minute but he was very patient with me. This is perfect for what we needed, not too fancy but very easy and fast. Easy to set up, we purchased a wireless mouse and keyboard. Plug and play! We didn’t want to pay for more than we wanted and this will be more than we will ever need. I love not having to stand on my head to deal with the tower.

Excellent TV! All in one. Space saving. Nearly automatic set up. Finds WiFi connections automatically, finds and connects to printer.

Like the minimalist design of this desktop. Not a lot of cords to connect. Setup is a breeze. I use it as my Work from Home desktop.

This has been a wonderful buying experience all the way around. Number one this computer is very fast. Number two the geek squad transferred all my data from my old computer to the new. If you want a wonderful computer highly recommend getting this computer at Best Buy!

I got this for my mom, replacing a much older desktop HP computer. Nice to have a clean desk with this all-in-one format. It is perfect for her needs, email, web browsing, spreadsheets. Looks great, works great, very happy with this purchase.

Great computer love the hidden camera you can hide it when you don’t need it, the monitor is big and everything looks fantastic on the screen. Definitely would recommend to someone who needs to replace their desktop all in one is the way to go

My old PC was getting slow and freezing up a lot. I went to Best Buy and got an HP all in one PC. This PC is just what I need for what I do, email, on line banking and everyday use. It is compact and just the right size for me. So far so good.

Overall, an excellent desktop. I use it for my home office, and it works great. It runs smoothly, handles all my daily tasks without any issues, and has been very reliable so far. Highly recommended for home office use.

Sleek design and wired mouse and keyboard never lets me down. I HAD the all in one with the wireless key and mouse and it would add characters while typing often, they even sent me a new keyboard and it did the same thing. What I don't like is if you are out of warranty and have problems, HP WILL NOT help you without paying for the "out of warranty" service. No tech support after warranty runs out.
