This HP is a workhorse!

Good Low to Mid Range Computer

The setup process was pretty easy and didn't take too long. I would recommend for those who mostly do email, web surface and basic tasks.

I was recently hacked on my computer, and very anxious about my devices and accounts. I went to the store in Kenosha and was helped by the most wonderful and compassionate employee. Her name is Julea. She took care of all my needs, and helped to secure my accounts and devices. She definitely went over and above all expectations! Thank you so much!

second time is the charm

We were able to exchange in store, and the new one has been fine for about a month now... its a nice clean look, and works pretty well. The lemon we took home the first time was replaced with a real gem.
