Delivered quickly, very easy to setup and meets our needs

I'm having trouble 'waking up' this computer in the morning, or if I've not used it for a couple hours. It's very sluggish, where my old Dell computer instantly responded.

Had no idea it was a touch screen until I found out by accident. Great PC!

Like the product. It's our second All-in-One because we like being tower=less.

I was happy with the computer in regards to the fact they downloaded all data from the external hard drive in a shorter time frame than stated. When I went to pick it up it worked fine with the geek squad professional. But when I got home and set the computer up it no longer worked. Geek squad checked it out and recommended replacing it and start all over with a new computer because they were unable to even get the computer on no matter what they tried.

Bought this for my six-year-old autistic grandson. He loves it! Was easy to set up.

While the service was again excellent, the computer I chose is not what I expected. I am having trouble in finding the files I need. There are more upgrades than I expected.

Needed a new computer and Best Buy made sure all my photos were included!

Not as good as i was expecting because the screen does not tilt or go up and down

After waiting several days, product arrived and had a glitch that didn't allow me to complete the setup. Ordered it online and had to go to the store to exchange it. They didn't have a comparable item, so it took me most of the day to get it resolved. Then I took the replacement home and it wouldn't allow me to sign-in. Called the customer help line and they told me since I got the item in the store, I needed to go back to the store to get it resolved. YIKES!!!

Didn’t work right out of the box. Moved my quickbooks over and couldn’t send pdf invoices because something didn’t auto turn on, touch screen and mouse wouldn’t work 1/2 the time and the keyboard would miss keys I typed or add keys I didn’t type

Very disappointed with the time it takes to move data from old pc to new pc.

This was an "excellent" open box purchase recommended by my computer guru. We plugged it in today, it began to update and never did despite her valiant efforts. Will have to return it to the store which will, hopefully, have a comparable machine in store that I can leave with. The ordering and delivery process were just fine-the computer was not, sadly. I will say that this is the first time I have been disappointed with a Best Buy purchase. I hope I can give the replacement a better review.
