Perfect Upgrade for an older laptop!

Her old Windows 10 laptop was not up to task. Easy set-up! She did everything herself including setting up the WiFi and printer. Easy to use and a small footprint so it fits nicely on a smaller desk. Awesome purchase!

Good Low to Mid Range Computer

The setup process was pretty easy and didn't take too long. I would recommend for those who mostly do email, web surface and basic tasks.

My All in one

Some years ago I bought a Gateway computer at Best Buy- Gainesville. I received such PERFECT SERVICE at that time, recently when I needed a new computer I once again went to Best Buy. I purchased two (2) HP computers the same day. Once again I received PERFECT SERVICE. The young rep/tech who helped me through my purchase, also sold me on buying Best Buy's service plan/contract. I have and will continue to recommend Best Buy to any and all people with whom I come into contact!
