    Got it for my 80 year old mother. It's the same computer she had already had that was dying due to being 15 years old. Wanted something that she would feel like she already knows how to use, and I wouldn't have to teach her anything new.

    Cheaply made. I ordered these computers 1/7/26 and now 2/5/26 I already have one that’s completely unusable and I am waiting for hp support as Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy.

    So far, the keyboard kinda sucks, I think I'll use my old, black one; the stand is covered in some type of material that is going to look very dirty, very soon, as it will be almost impossible to clean. It doesn't come with much, like no Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. WHAT??? Yep. I haven't been able to use it yet.
