    I am very upset with how my refund was handled. I sent in my previous hard drive very carefully packed and in perfect condition and working just fine. I was supposed to get $180 refund and you told me it was not working and I got zero rebate. I have been a good customer for a long time and I am ready to go to corporate with this. I deserve a refund just for going through the trouble of packing it up and sending to you. This is important to me.

    The computer was open box and started having problems the 2nd day. Customer service was ok. Had to travel 20 miles to return the item because the local store wouldn’t .
