Super cool graphics, sharp picture. I love the touch screen, I use it often. I watch movies on there, sound is loud enough to hear the dialogue. Although I do wish it was louder. It's able to handle all my tabs left opened without any lag issues. Money well spent. Happy Camper.

Bought it for my Mother-In-Love. Easy to convert files from old computer to the new one. Much nicer than her old desktop and she loves it! Price not too bad either!

Love the touch screen, which I didn't want originally. Can use it or not. Was wanting a larger monitor and this is just the right size for me. The all-in-one feature is great, especially since it saves precious space. The only thing I'm not crazy about is all of the AI pop-ups, but I just click them away. I use my computer at home for online banking, shopping, news, webinars, zoom calls, and research. I had kept my previous computer way too long and it wasn't able to support the current Windows any longer. So I am REALLY enjoying the much faster speed so I can save my valuable time and not have to wait so long for everything to respond. I'm 83 years old and patience is not one of my strongest virtues...

I love the white color of the computer, easy to use. I do not like the felt cover that covers the stand. Who ever came up with this, does not clean their own computer, It will collect dust, dirt and little shreds of paper. Not a good idea.

As a senior, I was faced with a dilema when my old desktop computer would no longer support Windows 10. Family & friends thought I should comsider a lap top, but after going into BestBuy & actually looking at all of the choices, I was convinced that the all in one desktop was the right choice for me. The larger sized monitor really won me over as well as the added bonus of it being a touch screen! You really can't beat it for watching Youtube videos, checking email or doing internet searches. No doubt there are numerous other advantages to this upgrade & I'm sure in time I will discover more.

Bought this to replace an outdated Mac. Great for everyday use. Ease of setup nice, and computer does everything needed for our tasks.

I had delayed replacing my Dell computer until Microsoft advised me that they will no longer provide support for my windows 10.I had the computer for 9 years. I purchased the new HP desktop and must say that it is a great improvement over my previous desktop. I am 80 years old, and it has taken me a little time to familiarize myself with this new one, I had thought that I needed to upgrade my internet but, find the new computer is much faster than the old one. All in all, a great purchase!

Just what I wanted. Ordered for my 80-year-old sister, Easy to use and understand. Compact on in-in - one design is perfect for elderly people to use.

I've only had this new HP Intel Core i5 desktop for about a month but so far I really like it. The adjustable height feature is a plus. It runs smoothly and is faster than old computer and has enough memory and storage for my needs. The only thing I would change is to add a USB drive on the side panel of the monitor for easy access when putting in a flash drive as my old computer had that feature, but this one has all the USB outlets in the back of the computer. I also like the shell white color as it goes well with my decor. The touch screen feature has been helpful too. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Such a great, simple to use computer for my household needs. I have not tried any games on it, but it runs great for bill paying, email, and internet browsing. Felt the McAfee install should have been optional, but overall, it is a great home computer. Keyboard and mouse work well for a home system, did not feel the need to replace or upgrade them. Set up and install was super easy. Connected with my home printer smoothly as well. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a home computer for day-to-day tasks. I think it may even be able to do a bit more. This is my second HP all in one, would definitely buy one again.

This is the second computer we bought at the same model, we work with computers 8h per day, and this one was really good. It works as the first day, we used have a lot of brands before bur nothing compare, the camera inside help me with the identification and saves me a lot of time. I would recommend 100% because I know a lot of computers, this surprise me for the speed and resistance. Never disappointed. I use a lot of apps and were going to buy the third one for my another office, the movility, the color, battery of mouse last forever 3 years and just 1 time change it, never have disconnection problems

I had an HP all in one since 2016 and just recently (2025) had issues. I just purchased another with more memory and more power. It was easy to set up and it is working great. I couldn't be happier.

I've been looking for a new office computer for a while now, and my search had been horrendous. When my old desktop decided to shut down completely I was left frustrated and unsure on what to do. After taking the computer to Geek Squad, they fixed it but also directed me to some better options to fit my workplace lifestyle! With the help if Best Buy, I got a great product. It was easy to set up, secure, touch screen, and has been moving at speeds and an operating system that blows my mind! If I could get one for each staff member I would!
