Such a great, simple to use computer for my household needs. I have not tried any games on it, but it runs great for bill paying, email, and internet browsing. Felt the McAfee install should have been optional, but overall, it is a great home computer. Keyboard and mouse work well for a home system, did not feel the need to replace or upgrade them. Set up and install was super easy. Connected with my home printer smoothly as well. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a home computer for day-to-day tasks. I think it may even be able to do a bit more. This is my second HP all in one, would definitely buy one again.

After having to buy a new computer to run windows 11, I was expecting the changeover to be troublesome. But I was pleasantly surprised how easy the transfer was. The screen was so much better than the previous one with the narrow surround. Keyboard and mouse were much easier to use than the old ones. Highly recommend this HP computer.

I love this computer! I am learning many new steps since I last ordered my older computer before 2013! It operates so much more smoothly--speed is unbelievable. I love the app One Drive and all that it offers--especially the memories videos. I am relearning to navigate a new product and it makes me happy!!

As a senior, I was faced with a dilema when my old desktop computer would no longer support Windows 10. Family & friends thought I should comsider a lap top, but after going into BestBuy & actually looking at all of the choices, I was convinced that the all in one desktop was the right choice for me. The larger sized monitor really won me over as well as the added bonus of it being a touch screen! You really can't beat it for watching Youtube videos, checking email or doing internet searches. No doubt there are numerous other advantages to this upgrade & I'm sure in time I will discover more.

Great screen - easy to access - height adjust is a real plus

I've only had this new HP Intel Core i5 desktop for about a month but so far I really like it. The adjustable height feature is a plus. It runs smoothly and is faster than old computer and has enough memory and storage for my needs. The only thing I would change is to add a USB drive on the side panel of the monitor for easy access when putting in a flash drive as my old computer had that feature, but this one has all the USB outlets in the back of the computer. I also like the shell white color as it goes well with my decor. The touch screen feature has been helpful too. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Product is pretty good and meets my need. Easy to setup. But, had issues with keyboard and mouse not connecting to the computer properly.

We are satisfied with the HP Desktop we purchased at Best Buy. The set up from Windows 10 to Windows 11 went very smoothly and we did not experience any big issues, mostly little user errors. So far all has gone well.
