good for someone who likes desktop computer

It's the same computer she had already had that was dying due to being 15 years old. Wanted something that she would feel like she already knows how to use, and I wouldn't have to teach her anything new.

It doesn't come with much, like no Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. WHAT??? Yep. I haven't been able to use it yet.

Very unsatisfied

I sent in my previous hard drive very carefully packed and in perfect condition and working just fine. I was supposed to get $180 refund and you told me it was not working and I got zero rebate. I have been a good customer for a long time and I am ready to go to corporate with this. I deserve a refund just for going through the trouble of packing it up and sending to you. This is important to me.
