Great purchase ... All-in-One, Love the screen size, and the White color is real uplifting. My previous was all black, but I like this better. Lots of extras that I'm still learning to access. The price was also very affordable for me. The BestBuy Associate was exceptional in his attention and effort to get me the best product for my money. I appreciate that very much.

We are satisfied with the HP Desktop we purchased at Best Buy. The set up from Windows 10 to Windows 11 went very smoothly and we did not experience any big issues, mostly little user errors. So far all has gone well.

Needs a little more memory. WiFi has dropped a couple of times and you have to restart system to get it reconnected. On Screen Keyboard is to large. Can't always move the Keyboard out of the way.

Wonderful product. The one we originally wanted to purchase was out of stock. The salesperson who showed us this one, that was a better computer and on sale, was great. Explained everything and set us up with everything we needed. He even made arrangements for the Geek Squad to set it up, program it, and transfer importmant info from the old computer to this on.

My old laptop was working slow even after cleaning and the windows 10 was about to be history so I searched for new one then found this one on sale and said ok that's it , It works great so far it fast and easy to set up I've always had good response out of HP computers and not a lot of problems with them hook up was simple Thanks .

I love my new computer. As an older person, I this keyboard a little better. the other one was flatter and although this one makes a little more noise, it s easier for me to deal with. Screen is the perfect size as was my previous HP all in One.

Got this as a christmas present for my mom because her other computer became outdated with the windows 11 update. She definitely did not need all the memory on this model, nor is she a super big fan of it being white; but she does appreciate having a faster PC that she can get her banking done on. And my dad loves the touch screen.

The new computer is so much faster than the one it replaced! Plenty of storage to hold all my files, and everything else that I need!
