Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far, the keyboard kinda sucks, I think I'll use my old, black one; the stand is covered in some type of material that is going to look very dirty, very soon, as it will be almost impossible to clean. It doesn't come with much, like no Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. WHAT??? Yep. I haven't been able to use it yet.

Very unsatisfied

I sent in my previous hard drive very carefully packed and in perfect condition and working just fine. I was supposed to get $180 refund and you told me it was not working and I got zero rebate. I have been a good customer for a long time and I am ready to go to corporate with this. I deserve a refund just for going through the trouble of packing it up and sending to you. This is important to me.
