The HP All-in-On computer has not worked.

We purchased an HP All-in-One, had old files and pictures transferred, Office and Student 2016 loaded and set-up in our home. The HP worked for 6 days and then everything froze. We took the HP back to Best Buy and they replaced the hardware with a new HP All-in-One, transferred data, loaded Office and Student 2016. It was set up in our home. The 2nd HP All-in-One worked for 7 days. It wouldn't turn off. After calling the Geek Squad, I followed directions and then the computer froze and would not let us access anything. We are now trying a Dell All-in-One. Wish us luck!

Total frustration

Returned item at the end of August for a replacement. This is Sept. 9, and the first day I can actually use it. I hope it's smooth sailing from now on--

Touch Screen All-in-one
