It's okay for the price but next time I would spend the extra money and go with a apple product

Best Buy employee did not tell me about the processer speed when I was looking. Very slow and takes forever to load pages. If your not an elite member 14 days to evaluate a computer is not enough time. I wanted to return it and buy a different one but was told I was to late. Next time I will buy direct from a manufacture and not from Best Buy.

Touchscreen stopped working and has crashed after 2 years

Purchased HP all in one.. took 3 hours to set up due to down loads and other arduous processes. Nothing like the speed and ease of setting up the MAC Book Pro I purchased almost 2 years age. I would not purchase again as I can only imagine what will happen if I encounter problems using this computer.

Not happy Microsoft or my internet company could not fix it I returned it

I bought this computer to complete my online classes and it has been working out great so far. I was hesitant of having an All-in-one but have since come around. The touch screen is an option that I would not have picked but has actually turned out to be great feature. I am not a huge fan of the white but its not a deal breaker. I purchased the Kaspersky protection and the Geek Squad protection as well. I am meaning for this computer to last me at least until I finish school. There are only 2 downsides but both were easily fixed: (1)The mouse and the keyboard are white and very cheaply made. It was an easy switch to a USB keyboard and mouse. (2) The USB ports are on the back of the monitor which makes them inconvenient to get to. I ended up purchasing a USB hub for about $5 that did the trick. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.

No one was helpful to help us install the virus protection

Don't know why the computer works slow, so I called optimum, purchased $10 extra monthly payment to add to the speed, yet have problem and is slow.

I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Best Buy they won't stop sending you emails after their product even when you unsubscribe

Bought 2 other computers before someone at Best buy recommended this one ,I have been happy with it ,but wish it was a bit faster

Bought it in August. CPU FAN HAS ALREADY DIED. would not recommend. Best Buy was great to help, but this product left us stranded.

Crashed the first day. The geek squad said that I should return it immediately and get a completely different computer.

It died the first 16 days- I purchased a new Dell All-in-One. Do far much better

Hard drive failed after less than 2 months in service..very upset

I'm enjoying my computer. Glad I made the purchase.

The camera isn't the best quality, but I invest in a good camera on my phone anyway. I'm a busy mom, work full time, and student full time, and I got tired of only using my phone, asking my boyfriend to use his computer(he's a gamer) or going to the library for my school work. The monitor size is great, and I love that it matches so great with my white Cannon printer ^-^ The touch screen feature is awesome, I didn't think I'd use it as much as I do. I don't like how the headphone port is in the back, but if I had speakers hooked up to this, it seems to work better that way. The keyboard could be a little bigger for my comfort, but I still love how compact it is. It fits perfectly on my tiny Target desk :) So lucky I got the last one on Black Friday!

This is a great computer. It has worked great for years

I never thought I'd buy another nonlaptop again. But since I work from home I decided I wanted something with a big screen cuz my eyes are no longer perfect. I have been beyond happy with this since out of the box. Any issues I've had have been windows 10 issues and not computer related. The picture of the screen is amazing. I have not used the provided mouse. The keyboard is a bit small but responsive. I really have no complaints. Its quick but you can NEVER have enough ram. Might add some if possible

Bought this as a family computer on sale and it has not disappointed. It has everything we need. Love the picture and that it's user friendly. The sound is really good for watching videos.
