    My old computer was a Windows 7 computer which was a problem to up grade. My son works with computers in a major hospital and he recommended the computer I purchased. the computer has been great. the service provided to set up my computer was also great. I am now back in the computer world and loving it.

    Very nice for a less expensive computer, very quick responses. My only issue is the jump from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Learning new ways for an older user is a challenge.

    Bought this computer for my mom who is 68 and not to big on technology. She needs something simple and easy to use this was perfect. The touch screen is a big plus. Fast and reliable. I would recommend this to anyone who needs something close effective and works great.
