I don't know yet. I had a Geek Squad agent come to the house to hook it up and attach it to a printer I already had. The process did not go well at all; it is still a mess; I've noted that this evening in a survey that you send out to those who received GS service.

Easy to setup, great screen clarity, adjustable tilt on the screen. Only downside is the power button. It hard to find, is flush against the backside of the display and is not "labeled". There is another button that looks like it should be a power button, but is not.

Replaced an out of date computer that the hard drive went bad on. This was a newer model to what we had previously and are happy with the purchase. Works well for what it is needed for, teenage children for school work, movie watching, and game play.

This laptop has the best quality and features for price. Excellent resolution and speed.

Love the space saving my all in one computer gives me. no big tower, no extra monitor, no tangle of cords. Still need to learn more about it like how to install a program, no luck so far with that. Key board seems a little small, but will get used to that soon.

I needed a new rather inexpensive but fast desktop for daily use. I bought this unit on sale and I am really impressed by how nice it looks and how fast it is. Set up was a breeze, completed in less then five minutes aided by Cortana.

We gave this to our grandson who didn't have a lot of room for a big desktop computer in his room, but wanted something less destructible than a laptop ;-) It's the perfect computer for him to use for school work and it fits on his desk!

The Geek Squad guys that came to set things up were very good. Fast and efficient. I would recommend the Geek Squad any time. It worked out great to have both my TV and computer done at the same time.

I purchased this to replace an 8 year old computer that was running on Windows 7. I was apprehensive about having to learn a new operating system, but the transition has been simple. I am really pleased with my purchase.

If I want to purchase a new computer HP is the brand I go for. Great computer. I have not had a problem with it so far. I did go from Windows 8 to 10..so that was a little tricky at first...but so far so good.

We bought this for my mom to replace her laptop. She has trouble seeing and this was the best decision. It was about the same price but she ended up with a 23" screen so she has no problem seeing it now.
