Fast processor
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This system has a fast processor for business purposes. It was very easy to set up and once it was ready, it was easy to use. The processor is very fast for office programs and even for multi-tasking. The only downside is that the mouse and keyboard are not wireless, but you can easily get them for not so much at the office supply stores. Also, it has a limited number of USB ports so that could be a problem if you have several items to plug in. Since the keyboard and mouse each take a port, it creates a problem. My solution would be to get a wireless mouse/keyboard combo, but it solves the problem by only one port. Some people have complained about the stand, but you have to remember that some all-in-ones do not even come with a stand at all. I would recommend it, but you might have to spend a couple of dollars extra on a wireless keyboard and mouse and/or a USB hub. This may be about $25 extra if you really look for a good deal on those items.

Good overall computer for the price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn’t sure what to expect with this item. The price point was good and I bought it for my elderly mother to use. She has been able to figure it out very easily how it works and setup took a bit of time but wasn’t awful. The monitor is a nice size and I think it will be a good computer for her to use for basic things like emailing and web browsing.

Good value, but hiccups along the way
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP All-In-One is fine, so far. It is reasonably fast, which is sufficient for my needs, which is mostly to use Word, surf the web and edit pictures (not movies). The large screen is very clear, which helps me with my editing and is large enough for me to have several windows open at once and have all of them legible. So I basically got exactly what I wanted, which is decent computing power at a value price. The hiccup along the way was not HP's fault. What happened is the computer I received had been returned by someone else - why else would "Jenna Akbar" show up on my startup screen. It actually took a complete restart of the system to wipe her out of the system, and even after that, another call to Microsoft was needed to get her completely off. So, for Microsoft, I give this maybe two stars.

Great for everyday use
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The device was easy to setup and worked great for everyday tasks and browsing the web. Fortnite runs on low settings and drops frames when there are multiple players on the screen. The integrated speakers sound great and the screen is clear. The only thing I would add is a wireless keyboard and mouse.

So far so good
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer has been exact;y what we were looking for. Some adjustments flipping from Windows 7 but that's not the computers fault. We continue to enjoy the speed compact size and overall performance.

Solid Purchase
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchase lots of computers and this one is solid. It has a built in SSD so I don't have to transfer any data. It works well and for the money is a great purchase. Fast enough and does what it is supposed to do. I wish it had wireless KB/Mouse.

Dell...not so much
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really enjoy the ease of use of this pc. But realistically, I don’t use it that much. I took a star away because Dell tech support wants to suck you dry if you ask a minimal question. So know your stuff. I had a notice advising the ‘adaptor’ wasn’t working??? They wanted to charge me to troubleshoot. Apple advised me on options along w/Geek Squad. In the end I used another Dell adapter-it worked! So I put the old one back in & it worked!! So, never again Dell. But Best Buy - yes.

Good replacement for a previous HP all in one
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Transition to Windows 10 was the biggest concern. With the help of Geek Squad it when relatively easily. All in all, it took about a week to be fully functional. Most of that time taken in dismantling the old system to get at the hard drive and then transfer everything over to the new system.

good
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.love the size and clarity of the screen. keyboard does not compliment the computer= too small. I have encountered a problem with the window application not printing words on Word Document. My printer prints from Power Point, and Internet. Not sure what the problem is. Other than that as of present I am pleased with my purchase.

8th Gen i3 combined with SSD = great performance
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was purchased for a church office (w/ Office 365 software) use and Skype-type communications internationally. It is zippy with an excellent screen with good off axis viewing. Colors are vibrant without being overdriven. The keyboard is a bit "basic" and thin, but the key play is acceptable. The icons and text are clear and sharp in the latest version of Win 10, build 1903. If you wanted to do any serious gaming...a better keyboard would be desired. Excellent value, especially on sale. If not for the keyboard, the overall rating would be excellent. The camera shutter is not as clever as the pop up unit on other brands, but just as effective. Reasonable "bloatware", easily removed.
