Picked up a open-box product that was re-sold with customer information on it. Was able to take a picture to prove it. Took 2.5 hours to wipe and re-install windows.. only to find out the wireless card has failed. Did some research and it’s a common issue. Keep ypur warranty, heading back to best buy in the morning.

I went to Best Buy with my mom who is 85 years old. She still likes to play games, write e-mails, make cards on a computer. Hers was old and not functioning very well. I was tasked to help her find one. This All-in-One is perfect for her. She doesn’t need a lot of “horse power” in terms of memory or speed. I was able to set it up for her simply, but also knowing there are more features and apps she can use if desired down the road. The All-in-One set up makes it easy to move from one space to another if she wants to sit in the sunroom or kitchen table, for example, rather than at her desk. But it is easier and more familiar than a laptop set up. The price point was great for her as well. We got it on sale, which was an added bonus. The sales person was super helpful and patient as we considered options - allowing us to explore independently without being pushy, but helping when we were ready. All in all happy with the experience and the product.

This desktop is so perfect. I initially found it when i was helping my boss look for a new office computer and when was setting it up and using it in the office I fell in love with it. So when i started working from home and wad stuck using a 12 year old slower than molasses laptop, i knew exactly what i wanted to replace it with. Lightening fast, incredible quality, the camera slides inside for privacy, large screen, super user friendly.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but after some research and viewing other reviews I would definitely recommend this computer. Easy to use, Nice 24” screen, Fast, overall awesome!

My computer has everything I ever wanted and needed. It works great, thanks to Steve my Geek Guy who completely walked me through using it. My issues all started with a broken printer and I landed up buying a new computer to connect to it. I searched everywhere for the best deal and kept coming back to Best Buy! Boy am I glad I did. The screen is crystal clear, simple to navigate for everything I want. And, best of all, I can now watch a movie on Netflix or listen to my favorite tunes while working on my crafts. The screen is the perfect size to fit my desk space and requires almost no time to be up and running. It came with a protection program and we had Microsoft Word installed for projects we can do at Christmas.

I bought this item for my grandson Christmas 2022. While it looks amazing and functions very useful, I didn't do my homework. For the most part of 2023 it sat with little use until now 1/2024. He now prefers gaming on the computer, while this worked out well in the beginning, not so much now. He's gotten better and is playing at a more skilled level and the all in one cannot keep up, and your hands are tied because, you cannot add the components to allow the system to load faster, function with strength etc... If this review helps one person who really wants to do something nice for another in avoiding the mistakes I made, I am a winner in the best of ways. Aka: Tower, Discreet Graphics, Memory and Speed. Ps... It's still a great product but, be precise in your needs/functionality

Prior to purchasing this computer, I used a 24" All-in-One Dell, a very similar item. I find the display quality of the HP computer better than the one of the Dell computer. I feel, think, that the HP speed is better than the one in the Dell however, and I did not think of it prior to purchasing the HP, I miss the availability of a built in SD Card and Disk Reader, I miss the wireless mouse and wireless keyboard. The feel of the keys in the Dell unit was better than what I have in the HP unit. The Dell had a greater number of available USB Ports. All these "deficiencies" can be overcome with external devices, but ....!

Excellent All-In-One computer for the money. I have had it 3 weeks and no problems. Especially like the 24 in. screen and the audio is very good. I don't like the wired keyboard and mouse. Will be replacing that with wireless.

It's been a little less than a month since purchasing and we have not had any issues at all. It was purchased for a ten- year-old who has been able to play Roblox and Sims with no issues. The graphics are great. It is also used with programs like canva and Kid Pix 3D. The setup was super quick and the size leaves plenty of space on the desk for doing homework.

We purchased this all-in-one computer for our grandfather. He still works part-time as an accountant and he needed an upgrade from his 15 year old tower. Easy set up, free up tons of space, huge screen, and looks great. He loves it and couldn't wait to get on it.

I love HP and this All in One does not disappoint. It processes quickly and it doesn't crash on me. The screen is huge and adequate with lots of room for all my opened apps I use for work. I am going to be adding an additional monitor to it as well.
