Disappointed mom & son

I was told if I wanted a computer that wouldn’t lag during games, then I should upgrade to the computer they sold me. It’s been lagging before we even hit 2 weeks. My 10 yr old son is totally disappointed. I’m a single mom and this was a big wasted investment for me.

Okay computer , not ideal for a non average user

Very slow and unpredictable when trying to boot it up. Fans are extremely loud inside the computer, and honestly sounds like it's going to fly off.
