The service guy said it was touch screen, it is not. The key board is extremely small. There are no outside buttons for volume and display lighting. Also, no CD player. All of these items, I asked for when I was buying it. I wanted it the same as what I had, this one is nothing like it, very disappointed. and of course the time to return has elapsed. Not buying again from here.
