Thermal errors just 6 months after purchase. Service was equally bad. Computer sat at the store for over a week before being sent to Chicago for repair. Came back A MONTH LATER and still was not fixed.

Slow to open programs, slow to navigate the internet. It disconnects from WIFI when the computer goes to sleep - and when you wake it up, sometimes the IP needs reconfigured. Screen dips in and out of black. Much better options for the price.

Came with everything but the power cord. If it was certified it would’ve came with everything. Would be great if it was triple checked next time so I don’t have to go out of my way and spend money on a power cord that SHOULDVE come with it.

I took it to Bestbuy and they made me purchase the warranty in order to troubleshoot. They refused to exchange the product without doing a troubleshoot. Terrible customer service!

It could have been hit with a virus, so I went system restore. It took 6 tries over 2 days and it still does not function properly. Windows Security is a blank page, and One Drive is a mess. I am purchasing a new computer tomorrow. It will not be a HP.
