I bought this computer like 8 months ago and many many times not being very computer savvy I couldn’t get the mouse and keyboard to work only the touch screen anc finally my son in law came yesterday and checked it out for me it was missing a part all this time there was never a dongle in the box and never knew I needed one all box and shipping material has been thrown away and now I can’t use my computer

Only complaint is the little bright light that stays on

I bought this computer with the highest of expectations. Unfortunately, I was not happy with this purchase at all and returned it. The fan was so loud that it was disruptive and distracting. For the money spent I expected better quality and performance. I would not recommend this product at all.

I haven't had it that long but great computer so far.

The reason for the poor rating is because after 3 weeks, the speakers stopped working. Turns out it is a hardware issue but now I am without a computer for 4 weeks!

I’m not happy with this product, service, nor return policy with Best Buy. I purchased the extended warranty for nothing because the computer camera and screen broke in only four uses. Thinking my extended warranty would cover the replacement of this product but it doesn’t. Think product should not have broke with only four uses. Now it will be considered a referb item with not even using this item for a week. I thought I was doing something right by going to Best Buy for this purchase but I was wrong.

Purchased a Printer. The sales person spent considerable time going over one that we couldn't order due to it being discontinued. Wish that sales rep would have gone over the one we purchased in the same way.

iT IS VERY INCONVENIENCE FOR ALL OF THE USB PORT TO BE IN THE BACK SO WHEN I WANT TO USE ONE i HAVE TO GET UP AND WALK AROUND MY DESK TO USE IT if i HAD REALIZED iT WAS LIKE THAT WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT

I asked if you would transfer all data from old computer to new but instead they just made a folder and then crashed my old computer so I couldn’t even get information off that

I had to Return it. When i went to pull the USB Transceiver for the wireless keyboard from the box it fell apart in my hand.

Computer was downloaded and picked up the computer. One problem it was the wrong computer. They received the right computer from another store and downloaded the info from the wrong computer. At home, the HP Support Assistant didn't work, and I downloaded one from the web. It took 6 trips to Best Buy to get the right computer. Every one was very nice at the store. Just one of those days.

Great computer but not ideal for small children, 40 inch tall or shorter because the built in webcam pops up at top of computer and camera does not tilt down.

Overall the product is good but for my purposes I needed more memory. Had to purchase that separately. Brought to GeekSquad and they were most helpful installing the RAM.
