This machine is very slow to process. I have had other machines which are much faster.

Poor sound with speakers. You had to be sitting directly in front of computer in order to speak on Zoom conferencing.

This is by far the worst computer we have ever had. Horrible fan noise, can't open MS office programs, and can't access certain websites. Bought this for work to have more capability and increased processing speed. Now having to work on my 3 year old laptop because it functions better. We won't every by an HP computer again!

Just opened it and was so disappointed ! Had to return mine, screen had lines on it ,they told me it was malfunctioning in the screen, they gave me a refund and reorder me a new one . Awaiting on my delivery, will write another review once I receive it and get it up and running.. hoping for the best .

Computer worked great for 7 weeks which is when the motherboard died. I’m able to get the part replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty but is a huge inconvenience to be without my computer for 4-6 weeks and I can no longer return it since the return period is only 30days! Would not recommend!

Over all it is nice for all in one computer, but the camera is bad is not clear and it is a poor quality.

Good quality performance, good screen resolution, however not as mobile a unit as I imagined.

The typing id mot as easy as with my last DELL computer. I never had to correct so many typos.

its a ok pc for the price not the fastest thing but online tasks amd streaming movies it does fine

Sound has never worked on computer and I have spent hours trying to reinstall software and hardware with no success. Even more frustrating is that it is impossible to contact anyone at HP. I've waited on hold for several hours and have never reached anyone just hold music. Best Buy will not allow a return. Extremely frustrating.

I never took it out the box. I ended up returning and buying something similar.

I am most disappointed in the service received when I purchased this product. There was great difficulty having this set up. The computer had Microsoft installed and store was unable to eliminate this. Geek Squad was also involved and unable to do it. There was also a problem with copying address lists from old to new computer. I had to bring both computers to the store. On one trip I brought them home only to find out that the work promised was not done. Had to bring them back. I purchased the item March 8th. Additionally there was an old e-mail address - not ever used - that I requested be removed - I was told it was removed - it was not. As of this date I just barely have issues worked out (no thanks to BB), My address list that was copied is an old one and I am having to call individuals to get their updates.

Question, how can I set a Desktop to it using HDMI

Bought it for the camera which was advertised 1080p. Actually, it is only 720p and poor quality. Spent a long time on the phone with HP support only to be told that the specs from Best Buy were misleading and inaccurate.

cant play most games on it even though its a gaming computer and it cost more . the issue now is the screen started to get a small crack and now it is big and effects the use of it.
