Purchased this and windows was corrupt upon purchase and messed up entire computer and all software i attempted to use. Was told i needed to exchange it. Had for a day. Exchanged for new one got it home and it didnt even make it past the sign on before the monitor froze and fuzzed up and froze entire computer. Never even fully turned on. Took back and didnt even want to try for a third. Got a lenovo instead and not one problem at all. I did also get an hp monitor as a second monitor and have issues with that as well. It randomly blinks. Hp sucks. Slow down and do some quality control please.

I BROUGHT THIS COMPUTER (ALL IN ONE) OVER A WEEK AGO AND I HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED. FOR, SOME REASON IT KEEPS GOING OFF LINE BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS WORKING IN MY HOUSE THAT'S CONNECTED TO MY INTERNET. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS "REFURBISHED" OR WHAT BUT I'M HAVING A HARD TIME WITH THIS COMPUTER. I HAVE DOWNLOADED ALL MY INFO AND A VIRUS PROTECTION. I WILL HAVE TO DELETE EVERYTHING BOX IT UP AND TAKE IT BACK...SO DISAPPOINTED!

Bought November 2020....dead by March 2022. Enough said. Okay computer but slow compared to others I have had. It was replaced with a Dell.

I returned this pc and I picked a dell type all in one computer. I headed to the cashier and I asked the cashier if the computer is wireless . Cashier refused to answer and found him very rude I explained to him that I was willing to wait for technical support . Cashier said either you pay or leave !!! I went to the person at the gate and complained about the behavior of the cashier. I found that man much worse . No one to help here either you take the computer is or do not buy it . I am extremely disappointed in Best buy and stuff.

I am very disappointed that in order to write a letter i needed to make a purchase from Microsoft. What is the purpose of a computer if this is not included at no charge?

very upset about the 730p camera that was supposed to be 1080p according to the specification sheet. will be looking for an adjustment for the extra money we paid.

After 3 weeks the microphone has stopped working. I have called but they are not taking calls. I was referred to someone who told me I would have to bring it in. I am 84 years of age with health issues; I can nearly lift my coffee pot. Very disappointed and frustrated since that was one way I communicated.

It was a very good buy and if you don't need a computer to hold a lot of data it would be great. We returned it a bought a computer with 1T hard disk storage.

This is the third HP computer that I have bought that has crashed and is worthless in the last four years. STAY AWAY HP computer are garbage and their printers are no better YOU have been warned

Not only did I have a terrible purchase experience (ordered online for pick up at store) I am not happy with this computer at all.

I had to return this all in one because the hard drive wasn’t picking up if it had worked properly it would have been 5 stars.

It runs well, however mine is impossible to take apart and replace parts in. The bottom screws came stripped.

I’m disappointed with the performance of this computer. We bought it for my son’s remote schooling during COVID, and it constantly froze in Teams meetings. No other computers in our home had this issue. This is unacceptable for a new machine with literally nothing loaded on it besides MS office 365.

I bought it yesterday. Have been playing for an hour, and it shuts down. It’s a brand new computer !!! I bought specifically for gaming. I will play only one game, the sims. Nothing else. I am seriously thinking of returning it. I have not even saved pic or documents or music. Only had it one day and it shuts down after 80 min of play time. ????? What is this?

Picked up computer was not given all the parts. No power cord or mouse. Can't speak to store just helpless uninformed csr. Got a useless computer til I drive 70 miles to pick up cord and mouse.

just had to get sothing cheap for my son, and to me thats just what i got.

mouse and keyboard flimsy I can't reach anyone at the store to fix this I am very unhappy

I have waited for my computer for 7 days and finally I was suppose to receive it today and when I don’t see it delivered I try to track the order and it says returned. Package hasn’t even come to my door and it got return. I don’t know how and why that happened. Now I have to wait another week to get it.. amazon is much better then this.

Download is tedious and frustrating. I would not do it again . Game plays well

this pc is junk it doesnt know how to open or install anything on its own wow worst pc i have ever seen store that day i bought it said it was the the thee only one in stock of any pc and only had lap tops i needed on in a hurry and bought it with a bad gut feeling and sure enough its junk
