I just love my new HP desktop computer It was so easy to install the 365 Microsoft very user friendly Iam now able to start my online business !!! I also got help from the Totaltech team Nick was awesome , Iam now able to do so many task .

My computer was old, tired, and slow. Spent some time with the computer sales specialists at Best Buy. Made this choice as it seemed a good fit, I'm not a gamer, and just wanted a good dependable and fast desktop. Very well satisfied with the machine and the service from Best Buy!

Have only had this pc for a month, but I love it! It is so much faster than my old one. I would definitely recommend it. I was a little leery, as my old computer had Windows 10 and this one has Windows 11. However, there is not much difference and very easy to use.

I bought the computer for a bigger screen and better volume than my 12 yr old HP lap top. Got that. Talking to Best Buy, I understood that everything would be transferred from my old computer to the new one. That didn't happen. I had Microsoft word 2010 for free now I have to upgrade and pay. The like new computer and I am able to explore and learn.

Overall - very good. Had one scary problem in which machine shut down and would not turn on. I cut off all electricity, waited 5 minutes and it came back on. The machine is good but I need some time to adjust to the new WORD program, My old one was 15 years old,

This laptop is fast with enough memory for years of use. HP has developed and supplied a great laptop for home use and travel. The only negative is with Windows 11 that requires only using software from the Microsoft Store. One must stop using Windows 11 S Mode

It was very easy to make the purchases and we received everything on time and in good condition. Also, we had a question about Total Care, we called and received answers. The Total Care phone line response could be quicker, that would be helpful.

I like it. The display is sharp, well-focused, and easy to read. During the initial set up of Windows 10, the setup downloaded windows 11 and installed it. Having used Windows 10 from the start, now getting used to Windows 11. I would buy this machine again.

I really like how easy the set up was for this computer. It is easy to navigate and user friendly. I purchased about a month ago and have not had any issues. This is the perfect computer for my small business.

I have always wanted an all in one and this one is so far perfect. The keyboard is a bit small, I will be upgrading to a bigger keyboard. I love the sleekness of the mouse, the screen has awesome color.

Love HP Products this is my second All in One and my 5th HP computer. They are built to last. I highly recommend the AMD Ryzen. I have had these processors in the majority of my computers and they hold up!!!

It's a bit early. I've only owned this All-in-One AMD Ryzen for 3 weeks, but so far it seems to be a good unit. Right out of the box, the display had/has a 1" vertical row of red dots (pixels) just a bit to the left of center and a bit up from mid-screen (hence, the 4 stars for Quality). That being said, the rest of the unit is quite nice and very handy. I like the idea that the whole computer fits into such a small footprint on my desk. As is always the case, there are some software mods that I'm not comfortable with yet, but as time passes and I get used to the differences, it should get better. I may do another review after some months if things change for the better or the worse. Bottom line: this unit does seem to be a very nice step in the right direction for home computing.

Nice graphics. Been very happy with HP, had one before this for ten years. Held up well. An all in one computer is easy to use and doesn't take up much room as other ones I've had with a separate tower.

We purchased two All-in-one HP computers. My wife loves her and I really enjoy mine. We had two older HP computers that started to malfunction and we knew it was time to replace them.

This HP AiO is fantastic. It loads really fast, and the screen is crystal clear. I can load and read my emails faster than my old Lenovo could load the emails.

I bought an HP 24" Touch Screen All In One Computer and I Love it. This is my 2nd one and they are wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone who likes simple use but with the World at your finger tips.
