Very thin and Sleek and easy to use, love the thin screen.

I am already enjoying my new computer. There are still some things I have to learn about it. But it was definitely a good purchase. I definitely like not having that big hard drive box like the other computers I have had in the past. And also the touch screen. Not to mention that I also like the larger screen. Great investment!

We were looking for a new all in one. We had looked at various HP models on line. When we went to the store and discussed our options we end buying a open box computer. It gave us more speed and ram at a cost than we were looking for. We are really pleased with the computer and didn't realize how slow our old computer was.

Replaced a 9 year old computer and man have things changed! The solid state drive is amazingly fast. This computer is so quiet you do not know it is on. Sound is really good and the monitor is huge and very bright. Just have to figure out what to do with all the extra space in my computer desk now the old hard drive is obsolete and gone!

Too soon to tell; have had it hooked up only two days. Ask us in eight weeks! Today it froze but self-corrected internally. Hope that's not a frequent occurrence! We like the appearance, the lighter weight, the keyboard and mouse accessories. However, it is difficult to rate the operation with only a couple day's use. Wish the turn-on button was on top as in previous model. USB ports were more handy, and there is no CD-Rom use.

The HP All-in-One computer I recently purchased has been the perfect thing for me. I love the size of the screen and the amazing quality of the colors and display that add to my Zoom meetings experiences. The size fits nicely in my office space and I don't know why anyone would want anything else!

I absolutely love this computer. It's so easy to use..light weight etc. The camera is great as well. The customer service was beyond amazing. The young man who sold it to me was very knowledgeable and kind. He made me feel comfortable and I was in and out of Best Buy in a very short amount of time.

This is, by far, the easiest computer I have ever set up. Installing the antivirus protection was even a breeze. PLUS Best Buy gave me a 10% discount because it's my birthday month! Does it get any better than that? As far as computers go? The answer is NO! Buy this HP All In One, you'll like it as much as I do.

Happy with the purchase, very nice computer with some great features - fast, good storage, screen size, audio, and RAM, etc. Positive user experience and it boots up very quickly! Will be more satisfied if there is a promotion with this purchase. But overall, it's a great product and worth the purchase.

I bought to replace my current all in one which is running very slow...It's super fast which is great. However, the HD is very small in comparison to the prior which had over 1TB of space. Couldn't even upload my google drive resulting in my having to purchase a second external drive. Also, no optical drive was a disappointment as well.

I am really enjoying my new HP-23.8" touch screen all in one AMD Ryzen 5-series desktop. Very easy to use and convenient. Video and audio are very sharp crisp and bright. Would highly recommend getting this desktop from Best Buy where I have had excellent service from Best Buy Staff and Geek Squad

I love the AIO Computer. It has a very stylish look with the stand and the color is very nice looking. The Speakers on the bottom look real good. Its extremely quiet and hard to even tell its on. Super fast start up and opening up apps. Im really happy with this purchase of just about 1 month.

This computer has been an absolute blessing! It carries just enough memory. It functions quickly. I am finally able to work at ease from home and work on papers for college. If you are looking for a great quality desktop that functions with great speed. This is the computer for you!

Only owned this HP for about 2 months & so far I love it. The UPS guy dropped it on the ground when delivering it & I took a chance with keeping it since it appeared to be fine. Hopefully it continues being a GREAT computer. I love the touch screen & ALL it has to offer. Highly recommend

My daughter has this same computer and has had no trouble. So when my laptop died I decided to get an All In One. I am very happy with this model. I like the ease of connecting and love the screen size. I hope it lasts forever!!
