The computer works well enough. A Geek Agent set it up. I guess I'm disappointed that it has no DVD/CD player. I bought one separately. I'm also disappointed that all it's USB ports are in the back of the device, I had to buy a separate USB bus to put in the front of it. Also, it makes a weird electronic buzzing. I am trying not to be concerned about it, hoping that's normal.

Went to Best Buy in search of a laptop and happened to see this item on display. Ended up purchasing this item as it was an ideal set up for what I was looking for. Everything is compact and a lot less wires to deal with. Very nice alternative to a tower or laptop for home use.

Bought this computer to replace my old one because it became slow. When I purchased this one I was worried, but this computer is fast and with the antivirus protection I bought at Best Buy it’s even faster. I’m in love and I love using it.

This All-in-one desk top is everything. No tower, big screen, all the necessary plugs, looks nice on my desk. It's got plenty of memory for a casual user like me. The only thing I don't do is serious gaming. I stream movies, music, videos and use MS 365 and the internet.

So far so good it's only been few weeks since I got it. I'm satisfied with it like the big screen doesn't take a whole lot of space that's a plus. Ena the sales representative that helped us was very patient she really take time to explained the product to us thank you.

We are so very happy with this purchase! All of our other 3 computers are Mac desk tops and laptops and thought we would be disappointed but the complete opposite, wish we would have purchased this sooner and saved thousands on the Macs.

This all in one computer takes a lot less space and is sleek for looks. So far, it seems to perform as well as my previous hp computers. I am concerned about the amount of memory provided, yet I use a cloud for storage, which is what I would suggest. The AMD Ryzen performs fast.

Easy set up. Does run with a little heat. Fast and like wireless keyboard and mouse. Great support from Geek Squad to get virus software subscription installed on this computer since already paid for and will allow easy renewal Got great delivery timing and notifications.

I love everything about it except the keyboard. It's white, thin, and has a different feel than all the others I've used. Other than the keyboard, its a very fast computer with a very crisp, clear screen. It didn't take long to pull it out of the box and have it set up and running. The SSD memory is wonderful. I would recommend this to any home user.

I bought the desk top for my home office and to date, it has delivered as promised. Makes working from home easier with larger screen and wireless mouse and keyboard. Definitely would recommend as a smart purchase in addition to the not to pass up price tag.

I feel more productive with a computer like this. Also saves a lot of space instead of needing a big ol PC under or beside my desk. Looks sleek, speaker quality is pretty decent and the performance with video games and editing software runs very smooth! Highly recommend.

I purchased this computer back in July 2020 to do virtual/homeschool school with my daughter. This computer is quick and very easy and nice to use. I purchased a second one so my youngest has a computer for learning and school. I recommend this computer

PROS: GOOD SPEED, GOOD SIZE, GOOD SOUND CONS: THE CAM ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR CHILDREN, I MEAN YOU CAN NOT REGULATED THE ANGLE, I HAD TO USE PILLOWS TO GET MY SON UP. ONE WEEK AFTER I BUY IT, THE PRICE DROPPED 70 DOLLARS :(

This computer has helped my daughter so much with her school now with this pandemic going on and us not being able to take our kids to school. I appreciate this computer so much hard work pays off.

I love this computer. It does everything I need it to do. The speed is great, the ability to run multiple programs/apps at the same time without hesitation, the responsiveness of the keyboard; it's all great. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Great value, high speed, good screen and sound! Love it

Nice little all in one, works great, and touch screen is a plus. Only downfall is no disc drive, the hide away camera is a good touch to as when not in use Noone can hack it and spy on you because it slides down in computer and is hidden.

Computer is a great buy for the money,easy to set up.

It is user friendly, easy to read and beautiful colors. Only problem is I can't seem to install microsoft office. I thought when I bought it at the time of purchase, it would be installed.
