Pretty good computer for family use. The touch screen is strong for my youngest and easy to use for him, it doesn't give the rainbow fingermark when he uses but works like a tablet. Runs Steam well.

This is a nice computer with a touch screen, it is pretty compact and I am totally enjoying using it and the keyboard is nice as well! I have had it for 2 months now and zero issues whatsoever. Check it out! Nice quality for good price.

I was seeking a midrange laptop for remote classes and daily business. This PC was a bargain with many features! No connectivity issues. Able to run multiple programs with ease and efficiency. I highly recommend this desktop.

The wireless keyboard and mouse are very responsive with no lags. The processing speed is extremely fast. The large monitor is bright and colors are vibrant. I work at home for over eight hours a day plus off hours personal use and I do not experience any eye strain that i use to feel off of other monitors.

The camera came scratched which was a bummer but other than that it’s a nice computer and it runs smoothly. Easy to set up and it’s easy to work from home on.

Very easy set up, good quality, no issues thus far. We purchased this computer for my younger sister with special needs and she loves it. She finds it easy to use and has no issues connecting to her online courses. So far so good.

So far I really like my new computer, I’m computer savvy and it is fairly easy to get around. Screen is a good size. The only thing I would like to have is a USB port on the front. The ones on the back are hard to get to.

It looks a lot like an iMac (which I was replacing) But the build quality is much cheaper. It's not bad, but the case and stand seems a little flimsy/delicate. The SSD is lightning fast and the touch screen is very responsive. Keyboard has a nice feel. The cooling fan inside is quite noisy, but tolerable.

Purchased for home & small business use. I highly recommend an SSD hard drive in a computer. Fast start up and the touch screen is a nice feature. No complaints. The HP brand was recommended by a co-worker.

this computer was purchased open box and it truly is an incredible machine! i love best buys open box its a great way to save some money. just remember to add the extended warranty and all is well!

I love my new HP touch screen computer! The screen has great clarity and seems so BIG! I was upgrading one of the oldest computers around (an older HP that wasn't even WiFI capable!!), and I made the right choice!

Love it, I'm using it right now as we speak to write this review, decent size screen, love the camera, the wireless keyboard and the small compact mouse. The sound is amazing on this Over all great purchase.

Love this computer! Super easy to set up and get going. I am really enjoying the bigger screen. The keyboard has taken some getting used to, with the flatter keys but I'm very happy with the purchase.

Good price and was definitely time to update my computer. Thanks to the geek squad they got all of my contacts etc transferred along with connecting my printer and other devices. Very satisfied!

After my 10 year old PC lost the hard drive I went to Best Buy and went to the Geek Squad to see if the hard drive could be salvaged! It could not so I asked them if I could look at the PC's they had in stock. The Geek Squad directed me to a PC salesman who then showed me what he thought would fit my needs. I decided on the HP - 23.8" Touch-Screen All-In-One AMD Rysen5-Series - 12GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Natural Siver. So far I am happy with how Best Buy and their employee's who have helped me in checking out the problem then setting up my new HP - PC!

Easy set up! Good sound quality out if speakers, love the wireless mouse and keyboard. The touch screen is also a nice addition that I wasn't necessarily needing when I was shopping for a computer.

Easy to use and set up. Wish we should have added geek squad to it for added security but didn’t notice until we got home that it wasn’t added on. Tried calling but they were closed down from the Derecho

Needed a new computer for my father and this was the best choice. No tower, no extra speakers to connect, just plug a mouse and a keyboard and you are set!!! All built in. My father loves it!
