I am very satisfied with this product. It has met or exceeded my expectations and is quick and responsive. I would have preferred a different color, but this is not a factor in how it performs. Thumbs up to HP.

I bought a new Ryzen desktop computer for my wife for her birthday. She loves it. It has all the new bells and whistles so to speak. She likes the voice command and where you can ask it questions. great piece of equipment.

Exactly what I was liking for! It’s neat (less cords since it’s an all-in-one) and easy to set up. Great resolution on the monitor. Camera could be a little clearer, but I’m fine with it since it’s for at home use.

We purchased a new computer for our non-profit and my MOM. She LOVES it. Easy to use for her with the touch screen. I use it for my non-profit work and it makes it so easy to touch and add documents. Wonderful purchase.

Great manufacturer support. Easy transition from previous H-P computer to new model. Much faster than my older CPU. Price was reasonable considering the specifications. It was a good buy and I would do it again !

I love my computer takes up a little space and I love the touch screen effect and the camera. I love how the camera pops up and down so I can have it available when I need to work from home. Or play games.

I’m so in love with my desk top! I’m still figuring it out ! But I’m learning ! Best gift ever!! And so pleased with the Geek Squad ! Just awesome! I only purchase my computers from Best Buy ! Thanks guys

So far I really like this new computer. It is probably much more than I need, but the potential for all I can do on this device is challenging and fun none the less. Very glad I made this purchase.

Took me awhile to get used to this new, up-dated computer. It has a lot more bells & whistles than my old one did! I am still learning how to navigate everything, but each day becomes easier & more amazing!

Not only was the computer great and exactly what we wanted, but he sales associates were SUPER helpful and did not treat us like dinosaurs! The Geek squad was very professional and helpful in our home!

The computer was easy to set up and its speed is so much better than my previous one (which was damaged by movers). The screen is easy to read and options for customizing it to my needs was easy to use.

Overall it's fast and efficient. The issue is the fan - it's loud and no setting changes are helping. After reading up on this it seems this is standard for the Ryzen.

Bought 2 of these computers for Xmas presents. One for my 95 year old father and one for my young grandsons. Both found it very easy to set up and use. Picture quality is excellent also.

THE COMPUTER IS GREAT! I AM HAVING A BIT OF A CHALLENGE GETTING USED TO THE SET UP AS THIS IS MY LATEST COMPUTER IN 7 YEARS BUT I DO HAVE GEEK OPTION IF I NEED IT. THIS HP DOES SO MUCH MORE THAN MY PREVIOUS ONE THAT I KNOW IT JUST TAKES A LITTLE MORE GETTING INTO,

Enjoying my computer, though having to get used to it. Still learning about it's different features. My old computer crashed. Also, replaced my printer and good to have a reliable one now.

So far, we are loving this computer. It was a breeze to set up. It has incredible graphics and audio. And the size is order for our needs.

So far no complaints! It took a bit for the computer to realize it was time to start up and work. It also didn't connect to the keyboard and mouse at first, but aside from that, it's been a great computer! My mom uses it for crafting and her business.

Love this all in one computer! The hidden camera was a selling point for us. Made us feel like we had more control of our privacy! The proce was good! Love everything about it.

Loved the style and all in one ease but the fan constantly ran and was loud and distracting. I wish I could have kept it but the fan hum was too distracting. Other than that it was a great all in one.

Happy with the computer with two exceptions; I was told by Best Buy Support that if you have any problems with the computer you have to call Hewlett Packard (HP) Also, the camera on the top of the monitor is recessed and has to be pulled up manually. I was also told if you have a problem that cannot be fixed over the phone you have to send it to HP. Furthermore, the computer came in a box with only the price tag showing what we paid for it...no instructions for tech support and no warranty. Going back to Dell. They give you one year tech support, one year warranty, and instructions.
