Sure wish it was equipped with a cd reader so that I wouldn't need to buy a separate device.

I like this desktop a lot less wires. BUT no output , can not use as a second screen.

Computer is working well so far we are enjoying it no issues satisfied with computer at time

Excellent monitor and great color. It's a bit buggy on the Mac mini though.

I recently purchased this All-In-One computer for daily use and it has been good so far.

The mouse could have been a bit better quality but overall very satisfied with purchase

Very good product. Was a little difficult to set up. Had to call HP to get set up. At first they were very helpful, but lost patience soon after. Said I need to pay for tech services. Don't like the fact that it needs virus protection that will cost me in addition. Kind of sorry I didn't just get the Mac instead.

Do not, I repeat do not buy this computer! Bought it today and within 10 minutes the screen went black and was unrecoverable. All that was moving on the screen was the mouse icon. Troubleshot for 30 minutes and nothing. Returning tomorrow and buying a Mac. I should have known better.

Really disappointed in this purchase and Best Buy. I have had my computer for a little over 5 weeks, when my wife went to use the web cam and it didn't work. First time trying it, so thought maybe it was a simple driver issue. While trouble shooting I discover that I can't even find the camera listed in the device manager. so I call Best Buy support they confirm that it isn't there and I need to take it to the store. So I get to my appointment and I am told, with out looking at it, that it will need sent out and it is taking 4 weeks minimum. Or I can just buy an add on web cam if I don't want to wait. We use this computer on a daily basis, so I said can we exchange? Nope I am a 10 days past the exchange date. Glad I spent the extra money on the HP from Best Buy. Next time I might as well go to Amazon, a least there I won't expect support.
