Really disappointed About the fact that we bought this for Christmas and my daughter couldn’t use it,because it already had an account created in it! So,pretty much they sold me a used computer... that’s messed up,since I payed a full price for a new item,and had no attention to buy a used item. Second of all couldn’t get help what’s so ever because it is Christmas and everything is closed,which I understand,but it was just sad to see my daughter not able to use her Christmas present!!! Therefore I give a one star for it!!! How you can recycle something and sell it as new???!!!!

Fan noise is very loud 90% of the time then goes quiet for brief periods. Very annoying. I have read other reviews saying the same thing. Super disappointed in this purchase.

The fan ran constantly after a week and it was recycled by HP once they couldn’t fix it after 3 weeks. Great pickup with Best Buy though.

I'm not too happy with the product my keyboard keeps sticking the computer is having glitches already after a couple of days I've called and called spoke to The Geek Squad and was unable to speak to the return Department. So I'm very unhappy with this computer it's very unfair to me that I purchase a brand new computer and it works like the one I was replacing.

My bank account was scammed for 2 withdrawals and bank and fraud department said to clean computer because it was because of online activity. Only had new unit 2 weeks so may have been old one at cause.

we have returne this all in on due to noise and replaced it with Pavilion

didn't like the way it was set up. i really wanted a black computer cause the white seems to always look dirty but this is white it was.

DON’T BUY IT… I’ve been using computers since CD ROMs were invented and didn’t realize that they were making them without now. 1) It doesn’t come with one and if you want one ( to install something on CD, to play a CD/DVD, to write a CD/DVD), you’ll have to buy it separately. It didn’t say that it didn’t come with one. (Caveat emptor!) 2) It seems that everything is stored on the cloud. A shortcut to an installed game, goes to the cloud to find where the installed game is to run the game. If the internet is down, no game. (The people above, may not have had internet access when they tried to run a program and so, got a blank screen.) 3) One quarter of my hard drive is used and I haven’t put that much on. 4) When you created an account, it makes a directory on your computer that isn’t your name, but a bunch of letters and numbers. It takes a tech to fix it so that your computer speaks English.

Decent home computer for the price. I have had issues adding my printer to this computer. Everything else works pretty well

Total crap! Used maybe 5 times since Jan 28th purchase and has major BIOS / hard dive issue. Won't even power on 3 incredibly loud beeps followed by 2. Since it has been 50 days since purchase, it is no longer returnable. I called HP and after 1 hour they agreed it has a problem and would send it in for repair under warranty. Now I should be getting it back in about 10 days....another inconvenience, and lose all hard drive info. The best part is the sales rep from HP outsourcing to India, tried selling me an extended warranty for all future issues. Seems like Hp is more concerned about bottom line between outsourcing call centers and up selling consumers extended warranties, that they have finally hit rock bottom on quality and performance. I assured the unconcerned sales rep that following the life of this product, which i assume will be when out of warranty, i would never purchase another product made by HP.....from desktops to laptops, from paper to printers, to anything HP makes, because their quality and reliability is terribly horrendous.
