Keyboard keys popping up and not functioning

Less than 90 days owning it, and I don’t use it everyday, and the volume key is popped out. I can’t press it down too hard abc I’m afraid I’ll do ore damage. Very disappointed.

Dealt directly with HP and they were not able to fix the problem. Came to find out that there were no drivers loaded for these. The computer had a camera and microphone, but nothing with which to run them. Even the Geek Squad was perplexed. I ended up returning the computer for a refund.

We've purchased many computers over the years. This is our 5th HP computer. I should say WAS to be the 5th computer. I purchased this as a Christmas gift in November. My husband booted it up and right away it had the loud, BIOS boot-up-error beeps. He eventually got it booted and then it would happen again. Fast forward to March, we've spent countless hours on phone with HP Support, it's made two trips to Texas, and it still does not reliably boot up. It boots up about 1 out of 10 times. It's been used about 6 times in all these months. Wish I hadn't spent a dime on it.

I purchased new up open box the keyboard connector was missing I made more bust back to the store that was very disappointed. I wanted to cancel request a refund. I am still struggling with navigating to access what I need.

There were constant bugs and would shut down or not load when needed. It had days of working fine then in an instant, it would cease to work.

I was really disappointed in the cheapness of the quality product from the legs, speaker, mouse, keyboard= seems like it is for 7 year old.

Spent 4 days trying to troubleshoot the issue and was unable to get through to HP. Best Buy charged me a $30 restocking fee and purchased an iMac which I have had no issues. Will never buy a PC again
