The only thing I don't like is the fan is loud. I brought it back and replaced and the fan is loud on the new one. So I guess this is normal. Nice machine

The set up was easy. She is able to navigate through the apps with ease. It’s lightweight and takes up less space. She likes the computer.

Sleek and fast; this high performance sports model even boots up fast. Before I can click my wireless mouse to on, the computer is ready for input. Bloatware is more than I would like and the constant “reminders” to update your antivirus is also off putting. Just make the things secure like a MAC people. I still can’t seem to trust it enough to do my banking or any personal transactions on it. That’s what my iPad is for. But for serious computing like photo or video editing, this thing is sweet.

After working from home for 8 months, and strongly disliking my laptop more each day, I decided a desktop was in order. I've always purchased HP since the 90s. I love how its all in one, there's no need for a large desktop or space. It works just as I anticipated. I don't have a single complaint.

Good all in one

Had to upgrade to a 2 TB external drive and an external CD/DVD writer to accommodate what I was used to having.
