Since the original plan was to just use it for schoolwork, we were not planning on going to crazy... but for the small difference in cost, this thing is amazing... glad we upgraded.

Picked up my computer from geek Squad once I got home with my computer, my husband discovered that the computer had an eternal crack in the screen. We have yet to use the computer.

New to computers and Printers

Up and Running Well!!

Took it local store to exchange for another. Great customer service. The replacement received in 2 days. It works well and looks good in my office. Love it!

My best buy ever.

Took it home and connected it you our wi fi and bluetooth printer. From out of the box to up and running it only to about 1 hour. Love it.

HP assistant was the perfect AI service. Best buy, carries great products..

Great computer for the price

Love how it uses Face recognition to log you in each time. I mostly use this computer for video conferencing and word processing. I’ve had no issues!
