HP ALL IN ONE Computer

Do not purchase

I purchased this computer May 30th, 2021, and it has shut down on me three time today. The last time it shut down on me an error message came up saying the boot device can not be found. Now I’m here with a 1000.00 computer that I can’t use and may have to pay more to fix it.

Died after 3 months

I have to send it into hp and the will have it for 7-10 which means I can no longer work from home and since I am training I will probably be let go. Apparently its called the Black Death Screen :(

Bad processor, Slower than snot

Unfortunately most of the top i5s and i7s are out of stock. Downloads, installs and updates take forever. The screen has blinked on me several times which is NOT normal. You bet I returned.

New desk top that is having a connection issue.

The unit was serviced on line by Geek Squad and in store with the same result, the same problem. It could be a bad modem according to a message received .

It was the worst decision that I have ever made. The computer runs like a snail. I'm waiting 3-5 seconds between clicks and I get web site is unresponsive all the time on any website that I go to.
