    I needed to replace the Microsoft SurfacePro because the video was dying. I decided I also wanted to upgrade from a 13" display to something more readable. I am very happy with my decision to purchase the HP 23.8" Touch-Screen All-In-One. The Start Guide was super simple with HP JumpStarts. In addition, I was able to transfer a lot of my data from the SurfacePro.
