I really like the system that I ordered but very disappointed by not getting what was depicted in the picture. I thought that I was getting a total white system. What I got was a light silver monitor and system and white keyboard and mouse. The team at the store that I picked the item up from tried to console me with answers that did not make sense. Eventually, two managers were very helpful in trying to locate a matching keyboard to go with the screen but I was underwhelmed and decided to just keep the white keyboard. I had in my mind that I would have a fully white system to go in a designated space that would work best with a white monitor but I had to settle. I was disappointed by all of this but the computer works fine. I would recommend that Best Buy be very transparent about what they are selling going forward. Rated lower because of this issue.

Works great for our business needs. It is fast, easy to use, and compatible with our programs we need to run.

A great purchase! Software setup could be challenging (just takes long to get everything logged into and setup), but it's so worth it.
