    I am very pleased with my new computer because the Geek Squad was able to repair my old computer and transfer all of the data for a seamless answer to a senior citizen’s anxiety!

    Small footprint; great display; Windows 11 OS is easy to use -- the way Windows was meant to be. Responsive wireless keyboard and mouse. My favorite PC ever. HP help is actually very useful.

    The computer is fine but the box was missing the transceiver for the wireless keyboard. HP told me I had to deal with Best Buy, but Best Buy said it was HP's fault as they pack all the computer parts. I think I deserve to get a wireless keyboard without being charged extra.

    The computer works well. The system works fast and I think is fine so far. The only thing I didn't like so much is the mouse, feels cheap and makes noise to click.

    Overall it is a decent machine. It is not as quick as my older HP. Most of my complaint has to do with Windows 11 & Office 365. These updated versions are different because they moved things around for no good reason IMHO. I would recommend this but with resevations.
