The screen easier to crack than an egg.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the computer less than 5 days and never made it home to be used, it was being set up by the Geek Squad and on their counter ready to take home. I bumped the edge or the screen very lightly putting into the protective enclosure from the shipping box. The screen was cracked and ended up having to buy a second machine. I bought a maintenance agreement on the second machine. A very costly mistake not to have bought one on the original machine

I believe this is the one i just returned due to a cmos issue and it just closes what you are doing and locking the computer. They were going to charge me 100 to take a look at it at geek squad.
