The FreeSync is a nice touch and would allow for it to be a decent main gaming monitor.

A great choice for a basic monitor

Had to turn the brightness down from the factory setting, so this can achieve a lot of brightness. Color saturation is very good. Response time is pretty fast - maybe not enough for a serious gamer, but definitely more than adequate for video playback.

The resolution is great and it works flawlessly with my HP laptop.
