    I told the salesman I wanted a easy to use desk top pc. Haven't had one in a while. Purchased office 365. Needed help setting it up. Called # on back(geek squad) the last was supper sweet and set ut all up. In doing so I had to off the bat use emails and she asked for my passwords. I told her I needed to write them down. She told me I didn't have to cause all I needed to do was call geek squad and they would help me. I screwed and confused.
