It's a great product wish it came with a remote control

This HP monitor offers a crisp, bright image, while the slim bezel means maximum display size. Color saturation at factory setting is a bit too unnatural for me, similar to the “vivid” displays used to sell TVs. A quick adjustment of the easy to find controls tones it down to much warmer, more natural hues. The monitor stand offers angle adjustments. This is a neck saver if you’re tall, like me. I placed it on a monitor stand, and no more looking around for just the right book to get it to a comfortable viewing height. The only downside is that you cannot mount this monitor to a wall or desk bracket. In my case, I wanted a stand monitor, so no negative points for that. If you’re looking for a monitor that is stylish, adjustable, and has excellent image quality, this is one you should definitely consider.

The build quality was very poor, and a week after having it the ports started having issues, and then It kept shutting off and now it won't turn back on. Really upset about this product.

Great little monitor for someone on a budget. It's easy to assemble. It is an IPS monitor so you can see the picture from all sorts of angles It has VGA and HDMI input for connection. It has excellent color and depth as well as deep black tones. The stand is adjustable to view at different angles. It's 75hz so my PS4 looked great on it. No lag at all. I'd recommend to others Excellent for the price

Great product and price! I bought one to use on my laptops docking station. This one made the other monitor look so bad I went back and purchased another one. Very satisfied.

I ordered an Openbox-excellent version of this monitor. I was excited about the monitor, but they shipped a defective model. The screen didn't show the projected image at all when I connected the HDMI cable. The screen was dull white color all the time. No sign of life. I will return this product. I suggest you all be careful with the open-box version. even if they tell you excellent condition.

arrived to find no power cord. Returned it to get money back. Have no clue how it would've worked. Hence 2 stars vs. 1. (It wasn't purchased as open boxed item.)

Really want to get rid of this. I told the guy at the store my son wanted this to play fortnite on. We get home he sets it up after opening it xmas morning & while it works he can’t download fortnite. Waste of my money

I have a BenQ GW2480 and in comparison to this HP monitor, it has a way better screen quality. I set them up right next to each other and BenQ won the game. They’re in the same price range.

I rcvd the product in a torn package. Though I should not expect much from clearance product. But this is not a very good investment. Hence I returned it and bought a Dell monitor.

This did not come with the correct cable to connect to the computer(blue on computer). It is useless until I (apparently) purchase the connection cable. It would have been nice if the salesman would have let me know that so I didn’t have to make another trip back. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened. I bought a computer with insufficient portals & had to buy an adapter. Please disclose this at purchase. Very disappointing- I will look for a more reliable place to shop. The price isn’t that good if you have to buy additional pieces for it to work properly?!!

Picked up from a store for 179.99. I thought HP makes decent monitors because I have used 1 for 2 years but this model is not matching to its price. Very much overpriced.

For some reason the keyboard HP provides has the F1-F10 keys locked on the secondary function mode and there is no way to change it other than buying a different keyboard. If you are an AutoCAD or Excel user, the keyboard is all but useless and you will have to fork over more money to buy a different one. HP's technical support is useless on the topic - they keep telling you to change the BIOS setting but there is no ActionKey function setting in the BIOS. Would encourage buyers to look elsewhere.

Monitor doesn't work. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it says "no signal" when I use the HDMI cord to plug it in. I've had a tough time getting ahold of customer service via chat too to return it. I went with Best Buy over Amazon thinking I could trust the quality better, but now I don't think that was the right call.

With corona going on, I CANNOT believe that the return window is still only 2 weeks. The government keeps telling everybody to stay home but I'm somehow supposed to still set up the monitor, use it and find out it keeps shutting down and exchange it all in two weeks. BEST BUY NEEDS A BETTER RETURN POLICY DURING A PANDEMIC. Now I'm stuck with a moniter that keeps going blank and I've only had it for a month. Only used is 5 or so times.

Bought two of these on May 15, 2020. On July 15th, one of the monitors video components died (grey stripes). Signed into account and leaned that June 15th was deadline to return. HP site does not appear to recognize problems for model numbers on these external monitors. Didn't spend a whole lot but won't be buy-in another HP monitor.

The monitor started flickering within a week of the purchase. I reconnected it to a different processor and HDMI cable to confirm it.

Could not get wireless keyboard to sync to docking station. I option for a wired keyboard and will be returning the product.

This monitor comes ready to go out of the box. The stand pops on easily and directions are simple to follow. The entire unit is very thin and light weight. Picture is very good and it has an higher than average refresh rate. It will work well for everyday computing or gaming with AMD graphic card syncing. Due to its small size it will work well in multiple monitor setups.

I thought I would love this monitor but it's lack in support for an arm was a deterrent. The quality was not there.
