The only problem is turning left or right. You can turn it. You have to physically lift and place at the angle you need.

Great clear picture - beware you cannot mount

I purchased two and overall am pleased.

I got it primarily because I needed a desk monitor and wanted something that was budget friendly. This monitor met all the requirements. It can be a bit blurry with the text if you are looking at the monitor super up close but other than that the image quality is decent and not bad at all. I got this on sale for $99, that's a steal!
