Middle of the road

The stand is at it's lowest level to get 2/3 of my face. I would like it higher for greater comfort but then only the top of my head gets captured. Not great for online meetings.

Turned on computer and locked me out of computer , saying to many login attempts . Sats We couldn't repair your device automatically at this time . Keep your device on , and we'll look for solutions .

HP PC - address any issues soon with Best Buy

Just found out it is too late to take it to Best Buy. My last HP PC was purchased in 2016 and I had no problems with it so I was very disappointed. The biggest issue was the keyboard not working well. Some keys needed to be pressed several times before working. A few other issues I will try to reconcile with HP Website as it is supposed to be under warranty.

Open box item doesnt work

I spent 2 hours to pick up this item after calling the store that they have a working open box item . After i got home computer doesnt even turn on . This is the second it happened you can check my purchase history .
