    I bought my computer 2 years ago. Spent over $1k on it. It's now going to the trash. It doesn't turn on, Geek Squad was unable to fix it. Manufacturer stopped producing the missing part to fix it. My computer is a fairly new product, so that's crazy. I took care of my computer, so getting a unfixable lemon is very upsetting. There's no way they couldn't find the missing part, when HP experiences overproduction. Greedy company (HP).

    Generally pretty good though I am disappointed with the camera which doesn't capture my whole face unless I get to far away to reach the keyboard. The stand is at it's lowest level to get 2/3 of my face. I would like it higher for greater comfort but then only the top of my head gets captured. Not great for online meetings.

    I purchased HP PC in December 2023, and I've had several issues that I haven't had time until now to address. Just found out it is too late to take it to Best Buy. My last HP PC was purchased in 2016 and I had no problems with it so I was very disappointed. The biggest issue was the keyboard not working well. Some keys needed to be pressed several times before working. A few other issues I will try to reconcile with HP Website as it is supposed to be under warranty.
