White, Black or White and Black?

They ordered a replacement keyboard. Shell white computer with a shell white keyboard, keyboard replacement came in BLACK!!! Several emails have been sent to fix this with no success. They don't listen or know what they are replacing. It works but it is not what I bought. I probably won't be buying there again.

Bad choices

I got the same model in black and it was malfunctioning so I had to return that one as well.

Very disaapointed in this product. Spent $1000 on this computer and so soon having issues.

The salesperson was very helpful and informative, I had easily made my decision and was able to bring my computer home. It was easy to put together, the Geek Squad had transferred all my data from the old computer and now it's been just wonderful. Thank you Best Buy for your assistance.
