I bought my computer 2 years ago. Spent over $1k on it. It's now going to the trash. It doesn't turn on, Geek Squad was unable to fix it. Manufacturer stopped producing the missing part to fix it. My computer is a fairly new product, so that's crazy. I took care of my computer, so getting a unfixable lemon is very upsetting. There's no way they couldn't find the missing part, when HP experiences overproduction. Greedy company (HP).

Very happy with product would recommend product a lot

I purchased HP PC in December 2023, and I've had several issues that I haven't had time until now to address. Just found out it is too late to take it to Best Buy. My last HP PC was purchased in 2016 and I had no problems with it so I was very disappointed. The biggest issue was the keyboard not working well. Some keys needed to be pressed several times before working. A few other issues I will try to reconcile with HP Website as it is supposed to be under warranty.

Was an amazing computer overall The only thing is, it’s very top heavy and I made it fall straight onto its face :(

The computer came to me with a broken screen, which was not apparent until the second day I used it.

The computer is fine. However, there was no user manuel and we still can't get the keyboard to work. Hence the average rating.

Purchased on September 14 2025 . Had Two updates . And October 21 2025 . Turned on computer and locked me out of computer , saying to many login attempts . Sats We couldn't repair your device automatically at this time . Keep your device on , and we'll look for solutions .

awful still waiting arter purchase for missing mouse and defectine keyboard.

Please stop selling open box items if you cant verify that the item actually works . I spent 2 hours to pick up this item after calling the store that they have a working open box item . After i got home computer doesnt even turn on . This is the second it happened you can check my purchase history .

The keyboard did not function properly. Checked into Geek Squad. They ordered a replacement keyboard. Shell white computer with a shell white keyboard, keyboard replacement came in BLACK!!! Several emails have been sent to fix this with no success. They don't listen or know what they are replacing. It works but it is not what I bought. I probably won't be buying there again.

This computer was a bit slow if I had a few tabs open & was multi tasking. Disappointed.

I feel sad because neither the mouse or keyboard wasnt working.

Great product. My only problem is it was missing items and it wasn't possible to get replacement parts that belong to the brand

When I bought this computer I returned it a few weeks later because it had dead pixels at the top of the screen. I got the same model in black and it was malfunctioning so I had to return that one as well.

Now that the one year warranty has expired, now just days afterbtje screen has a dark line vertically from top to bottom. Very disaapointed in this product. Spent $1000 on this computer and so soon having issues.

The touchscreen was a nice feature. The wireless keyboard was defected.

Do not buy this ! it's broken after 2 month using ! Can't return & waste money !

Lots of problems figuring out how keep it connected and how to use.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered my son's computer for Christmas and when I got to the store they didn't have my order. They took forever to refund me my money smh

Horseheads BestBuy is the worse place ever. They list our computer and never competed what they they done. F%$# THEM!
