    Ordered the "excellent" open box version of this HP All-in-One. The "excellent" Open Box items are supposed to be like new and come with all manufacturer's supplied components and packaging. The one I ordered did not include any keyboard, mouse, nor documentation. It was just thrown in a box with the stand removed without any packaging. Needless to say, it arrived scuffed, scratched and with a broken screen. What a waste! Best Buy - this incompetence is a sad and poor reflection of you and your workforce.

    So far its been a good pc, quick setup, easy to navigate. The only thing i think it needs is a free pdf reader with the basic features. I bought a pdf reader. And stiffen the neck of it

    Instructions were a tad vague, so after a month or so of not getting to use it, I found the missing part..snugged away in a small hidden box the keyboard and mouse were in. Knowing that would've been helpful. So I'm delightfully typing to you first on my new computer! yay
