Turned on computer and locked me out of computer , saying to many login attempts . Sats We couldn't repair your device automatically at this time . Keep your device on , and we'll look for solutions .

Open box item doesnt work

I spent 2 hours to pick up this item after calling the store that they have a working open box item . After i got home computer doesnt even turn on . This is the second it happened you can check my purchase history .

White, Black or White and Black?

They ordered a replacement keyboard. Shell white computer with a shell white keyboard, keyboard replacement came in BLACK!!! Several emails have been sent to fix this with no success. They don't listen or know what they are replacing. It works but it is not what I bought. I probably won't be buying there again.

Bad choices

I got the same model in black and it was malfunctioning so I had to return that one as well.

Very disaapointed in this product. Spent $1000 on this computer and so soon having issues.
