    Our other computer was 8 yrs old so this new one is quite an update. Beautiful, bright color and much faster. Chuck from the Geek Squad came to our house and set things up for us and explained updates to us. He was most helpful and professional.

    As dependable as HP always is, this All-in-One is easy to set up, has a brilliant display, and provides everything we need in one package. We bought this for our retirement community library and it lives up to our every expectation, not to mention allowing a painless transition from the 9 year old tower PC it replaces.

    I was skeptical about purchasing an open box computer, but it works and looks like new. It being all in one and wireless, it gives me alot more desk space. Love the 27" touch screen. Crystal clear viewing, great colors. It does what I wanted at a great savings.
