love my new all in one, much faster than my old one, adjustable height is a great feature as is the non glare screen. The volume control is right on and I can use this to watch my shows while my husband watches sports. Best Buy had what I wanted at a great price, and shipped to my house free and on time as promised.

We are pleased with this product. The graphics are clear and bright and the screen large. The transfer from our old HP computer to this one was seamless. It appears to be working well so far and there are no complaints. The touch screen is very responsive and convenient to use.

The new HP all-in-one desktop computer has been a grand upgrade from the laptop that I have been using for the past 19 years.

It works as I'd hoped it would. Fast, responsive a great screen size. Keyboard is a little wonky. You need to press with the correct force or it skips the intended letter.

The HP-27 All-in-One Touch Screen is a fine computer. However I was disappointed that the product came with a keyboard and mouse, but WITHOUT the transceiver required to connect them. I called Best Buy and was advised that the only solution was to pack up the computer and return it for an exchange, which would have taken multiple days since it wasn't in local stock. I didn't have multiple days so I used the much better keyboard and mouse I had. It would have been nice to have the ones I was supposed to receive while moving files from the old computer to the new one. I tried calling HP, but gave up trying to find someone knowledgeable or capable of solving the problem. I feel that HP cheated me. HP's ineptness is not Best Buy's fault. I'm happy with the computer, but will not buy another HP product because of the problem and lack of what should have been an easy solution.

In a word, perfect! replaced an older slower unit with much more memory.

The HP 27” AIO is fantastic. I was generally a Dell person, but my IT contact assured me that the HP vs Dell features I was seeking were apples to apples and this HP was cheaper. Thus far I have enjoyed the computer experience on the HP 27” Touchscreen, I7 - 16GB. I’m glad I made the purchase.

Tbis computer is amazing. My wife uses it alongside her cricket when she is doing her crafting. We also uplpaded a ton of pictures on it and use it to stream from our favorite apps like youtube and netflix. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Absolutely love my HP Envy All in one desktop with 27” touch screen. Has 16 Gb memory and is extremely fast. Also bought Microsoft Office software as mine was out of date. Had Geek Squad out to set it up and transfer all my data from my old All in one desktop. Highly recommend all!!

Very cool computer. I get a lot of compliments from visitors in my office. Very easy to use it due to my limited knowledge of computer and software. I would highly recommend it. It’s a 10/10. Would buy it again.

I purchased this open box computer setup to replace an older, slower HP computer, and it has performed flawlessly! I saved at least $200 by getting the open box unit, and being somewhat a computer dummy, it is working out well for me.
