    Ended up return the open box purchase after Christmas. Decided we really didnt need a new computer at this time. I'm sure it would have been a good one, since I did do my research before purchasing in the first place.

    Marjan was excellent. Showed me all choices and explained the benefits of each. The transfer of items from my old computer was okay ~ not enough explanation of where to find my saved work which appears to be in misc. locations and some is missing. No help with the new version.

    This is the best desktop PC I've ever had. Highly recommend it. My $4,000 Surface Studio flamed out, so I was extremely pleased I could easily and quickly replace it for 1/3 the price.
