This computer meets all of our needs and introduce us to a few things we never thought of using. We had the Geek Squad download our 2013 all in one to this new computer. I did not lose one file and the setup works extremely fast and well. All of the Geek Squad and Sales Staff answered all of our question and we found that all the recommendations guided us to buy this computer. Thank you all.

This computer does everything I need to do. Easy to operate. Only problem experienced was the numbers key pad got stuck and kept printing a number over and over.

Needing to replace my outdated laptop, I chose a desktop model for the monitor size. I never doubted HP's reputation for reliable computers & printers so it was an easy choice. Three weeks into my purchase & usage, I'm happy with the performance.

I really like this pc. The screen size is perfect and so neat and clear. It works very fast. I use it for work and school.

So far I love this computer but I am giving it 4 stars because I dont like the way the monitor wobbles when i touch my desk or when someone walks in the room. If I had thought about that possibly happening when you have a monitor that you can raise up and down I would not have bought this computer at all

I am enjoying my HP Desktop all in one computer. Perfect for taking my online courses and searching the web. The programs and softwares I have accessed are very functional.

So far it's working great and I love it. The 4 vs. 5 stars is due to the horrible "user manual" which tells you nothing! You just have to kind of wing it. Also, I've only had it a short time so I cannot review it on a long term basis - like is it still great a year from now? Don't know yet.

This pc replaced my 9 1/2-year-old one. I stuck with the HP brand and it is great. It is so much faster and better.

The HP-27 All-in-One Touch Screen is a fine computer. However I was disappointed that the product came with a keyboard and mouse, but WITHOUT the transceiver required to connect them. I called Best Buy and was advised that the only solution was to pack up the computer and return it for an exchange, which would have taken multiple days since it wasn't in local stock. I didn't have multiple days so I used the much better keyboard and mouse I had. It would have been nice to have the ones I was supposed to receive while moving files from the old computer to the new one. I tried calling HP, but gave up trying to find someone knowledgeable or capable of solving the problem. I feel that HP cheated me. HP's ineptness is not Best Buy's fault. I'm happy with the computer, but will not buy another HP product because of the problem and lack of what should have been an easy solution.

Happy to be back to an HP. Works great and comes on with no lag even though I transferred everything from my old desktop.

love my new all in one, much faster than my old one, adjustable height is a great feature as is the non glare screen. The volume control is right on and I can use this to watch my shows while my husband watches sports. Best Buy had what I wanted at a great price, and shipped to my house free and on time as promised.

Outstanding equipment and brand. HP products maintain operational functions for years and years. HP is reliable, long lasting quality.

We are pleased with this product. The graphics are clear and bright and the screen large. The transfer from our old HP computer to this one was seamless. It appears to be working well so far and there are no complaints. The touch screen is very responsive and convenient to use.
