I purchased the floor model, in which case the packaging was a plastic bag with no manual and just the essentials. The setup was very self explanatory, as someone with minimal tech experience it was super easy and guides you right through. The screen clarity is gorgeous. I mostly do school work and play Stardew Valley/Sims. It’s absolutely perfect! It runs fast. There’s lot of storage. For a beginner like me, (this is my first desktop since the 2000s) it’s a wonderful computer. I love the all in one feature.

HP is a great product, it runs fast. Really like the camera being above the monitor which goes up or down, this way if you forgot to shut it off, and it is down, it doesn't come on when having a bad hair day! Picture quality is great. I am not an IT person but had an an IT expert setup, with what I wanted, it was ready to go! Easy to use, height is right on target, with the capability to adjust up or down, side ways, with tilting. I have choices for screen touch, keyboard or mouse. Has lots of storage, works great, I was able to add my HP printer myself which is also wireless, getting use to being wireless! My old HP PC, was purchased in 2019, the only reason I bought a new one was because it did not upgrade to the Windows 11, which is what I needed. I am still keeping it.

This has the processing speed, sleek design, storage and memory, and big screen that I have been looking for. I love this computer and believe it was a great purchase.

Love my new HP All-in-One. Love its size, speed and capacity. Would definitely purchase this again and recommend to anyone looking for yet another quality HP experience.

It does what it's supposed to, but it feels cheap. I ended up getting a new keyboard and mouse, because the one supplied with it is flimsy. The stand feels flimsy. The pop-up camera feels cheap. But if an all-in-one is what you want, this does a great job. Works fast, plenty of disk space, pretty good screen. I would buy it again if I needed one.

Excellent computer! My daughter needed a computer that is fast, lots of storage and cosmetically beautiful so we chose this one and is very happy.

All - in - one: no tower, just the screen with hard drive on the back, wireless mouse and keypad. The mouse and keypad are linked. Easy on-off button. In store sales staff were a pleasure to work with. Brought nephew with me, so that there were 2 heads reviewing, not one. Best part: 1 T storage!

Replaced an older computer that had become quite slow. The data transfer was seemess and working on this computer is now like driving 100 miles an hour on the freeway. Super fast with plenty of storage. Space saver as an all-in-one. Love it!
