Very nice desktop!! Love the white color. Fast working unit! Nice large and crisp picture. Key board and mouse wirk great.

Easy to setup out of the box. Nice big touchscreen and responsive Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Plenty of memory and no regrets. Camera is hidden well within the monitor, just pull it up to cut it on.

This was a gift for my 9 year old son. It is fast and works wonderfully. He uses it for Roblox mostly and the speed is perfect for gaming!

This desktop computer is awesome crisp and clean pictures 27in. Wide screen monitor is just like watching tv. Would recommend this product for home office and business owners.

This computer replaces my older ASUS all-in-one. The former was bulky and heavy. This one is lightweight, and the adjustable height makes it more user-friendly. The newer processor also makes log-on and downloads faster.

I love my new all-in-one HP computer. We got an awesome deal. Bought on line and took to the local Geek Squad and they transferred everything from old computer to new one. Got back within 2 days.

I recently bought this HP computer, and what a transformation compared to my previous go-to computer, the iPad. I adore this HP computer for its generous storage capacity, touch screen functionality, vibrant contrast, and all at an amazing price!

Sleek white computer. I like the speed and overall functionality. Happy with purchase. Pretty simple to set up just make sure you locate the hdmi for the wireless keyboard and mouse.

The computer is working great. But the mouse that was supplied with the comp did not seal tightly together in the front. I am not sure if that is what started my other problem just a week after purchasing it. That problem was that the carrot that is controlled by that mouse remained trapped in a circle in the right hand center of the screen. I had the geek squad try to fix it but the prob returned the following day. So I unplugged and took the comp back to geek squad at Southland Mall. They worked on it there and I also showed them the mouse that didn’t close properly. As far as the mouse was concerned he saw no problem with it not closing all the way and also said that he didn’t believe that it had anything to do with the problem that I was having. The following day I purchased a different mouse. And have had no problems since. But I have no idea what was causing the issue in the beginning.

Very happy with computer! Was easy to get going with this system and is clear even for a 79 year old in a couple of weeks.

Really depends on the purpose for your purchase, but it is a solid desktop. Not for gaming or video editing, but traditional work and web use is perfect for this model.

I have used 5 HP desktops over at least 25 years and love its performance. The service provided by Best Buy was also excellent.

Inevitably, our computer dies every 4-6 years...just stops working. So, once again we went online to Best Buy and picked out this computer which was delivered to our home quickly and FREE. It was a breeze to set up and works great...so far.
